Welcome to Mero Style ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from Mero Style-operated stores (including band collaborations and co-branded merchandise). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Definition: For the purposes of these Terms, a “customer” is any individual who visits or purchases products from a Mero Style-operated store.

Eligibility
- Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- If a customer is under 18, it will be assumed that the order is placed under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
Orders & Payments
- When placing an order, it will be assumed that the customer has carefully read the product description and is fully aware of what they are purchasing.
- We reserve the right to confirm or cancel orders. Orders may be refused if:
- They appear suspicious or fraudulent.
- A technical error prevents us from fulfilling them.
- In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.
- Payments can be made through available digital methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered if specifically stated on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated delivery timelines:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: 2–4 business days.
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: 7–10 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., logistics partner errors, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events).
Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are available if:
- The delivered product does not match the description, OR
- The product is received damaged.
- No refunds are provided for damage caused after delivery.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers must provide requested details to verify the claim. If the customer is unable or unwilling to provide the necessary details, the claim may not be processed.
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Liability & Conduct
- We will always try our best to fulfill customer orders on time, but Mero Style is not liable for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control.
- Mero Style will not be responsible for defamation claims made against our clients (such as bands or creators) by customers of merchandise or collaborative products.
- In good faith, we expect customers to communicate directly with us if they receive a damaged product rather than publicly defaming our partners.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content on our store are owned by Mero Style or its collaborators and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
- Customers may not copy, distribute, or resell our products without written permission.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once posted on our store. Continued purchases indicate the customer’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
